Wuhan Luojia Yunxuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2015. The company is a technology-oriented enterprise engaged in technology research and development and the manufacturing of light and heavy equipment. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the research and manufacturing of various light and heavy rail traction locomotives and vehicle equipment, used for urban subways, underground utility tunnels (natural gas, cables, optical cables, sewage tunnels, etc.), drinking water tunnels, and mountain tunnel excavation and tunneling projects, achieving good results. Its manufacturing base is located in Hannan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China.

From 2017 to 2021, the company launched nearly 50 sets of 45-ton (locomotive weight: the same below) and 55–70-ton new energy rail traction locomotives and supporting vehicles for the domestic market. The new energy batteries used in these locomotives include lithium iron phosphate batteries, supercapacitor batteries, and lithium titanate batteries, while some lead-acid batteries are restricted in certain domestic areas. Since 2020, the company has gradually introduced small-size, high-power 25-ton locomotives and supporting vehicles for urban underground utility tunnel construction, as well as ultra-small 5–8-ton new energy rail traction locomotives, totaling more than 20 sets, which are particularly suitable for tunnels around 4 meters in diameter or smaller. All types of equipment and technical performance of the products have reached advanced domestic levels, with many single technologies and construction methods leading the industry. For example, to meet the safety and rapid construction operation requirements of heavy-load locomotives on steep slopes, the company has developed and equipped the locomotives with wheel anti-lock braking and drag braking systems with effective deceleration and speed limiting.

The company also possesses high-quality after-sales technical capabilities, comprehensive after-sales service methods, and a personnel team. It has multiple mid- and high-level technical design and R&D personnel, as well as a team of nearly thirty employees in product manufacturing, equipment assembly and debugging, product after-sales service, and professional management. The company also engages in equipment leasing business.
